I got 20s rn with 275 45s on and no rubbing at all.. I even like the look of a meatier tire also.. I’ll have to think about it for now I still have good thread left on these tires

When I first lowered my truck back around 2007, I had the 22" SS reps with a 285/35/22 and the front rubbed really bad. I went back to my stock 20s and mounted 315/35/20 drag radials and they rubbed on the rear fender wells also. I am on a 275/40/20 now and they seem to work the best. (Even though I haven't driven my SS in probably 5 years)

Truck looks sick. I recommend Atomics coil over in the front and ditch the torsion bars.

Yes I recently put McGaughys helper bags on the rear and I love the soft ride... now I want the same ride quality in the front and I am looking into doing a coil over set up up front....

Those are 18” Tahoe Hybrid wheels on 255/55 rubber.

My drop is a hybrid of different things but it rises great for how low it is.

I thought about 20s but I don’t like 20s weight. Lol.

Yes 18s do ride better than 20s... when I had my single cab on 18s I actually swapped those into the SS and the SS 20s to the single cab... the SS rode softer and actually pulled harder on 18s from a dig
