Dissasemble the shed if you are going to travel any kind of distance. It will take some time but will be easy to do.

I have moved one on a dual axle car hauler trailer, used some ramps and the winch on the trailer to put it on and a chain and a backhoe to get it off the trailer.

Cross brace the indside up with 2x4s so the whole things doesn't flex and fall apart on you. Seen it happen.
