my friend said there was a truck that fit the description of yours running pretty good.

yes, the 255/50/16 m/t drag radial should work for you.

Lance
Yeah I did, the truck ran the fastest it ever did,I dialed a 13.90 and it ran 13.68 lost the race. My best time before that was 14.119. Going out there tomorrow night.

The tires I tried were the 255/50/16's BFGoodrich and I totally overpowered them. Couldn't make em hook. They are way smaller than the street tires i have on the truck. I paid $372 make me an offer I can't refuse.

I have M&H 275/55R16 drag radials on my truck and they look good, just a little shorter...gives you a bit more gear. Haven't been to the track yet 'cause blew trans from extra traction...no it wasn't week just stock with shift-kit...blew planetary!

So a 275/55/16 is just a little smaller than a 255/70/16 I need the same height but wider, I think they're a little taller than 26"

the tallest DR they make is a 29.5" tire, but it will require a very wide rim.
390/40/17 is a 14.3" wide rim, it requires a 12" rim. or you can run a 390/40/15 its a 14.8" wide and requires a 12" rim also. all the other tires are 26"-28" unless you go to a cheater slick or a slick all together. its just not driveable on the street.

i run a 275/55/16 M&H DR with my CC on 3:42s i dead hook on 27psi and run a 1.86 60' consistantly. i have 4:10s/Tru-Trac now, so we'll see how well it hooks now

Byu, get some e/t streets. They work great but remember suspension set up is key.

After coming from 555r's, I will never use them again. Mickeys ftw!
