et street, hell no to rain

et street radial, not as horrible as everyone claims

nitto 555r, much better than the m/t in rain

I'm now on the PRO and don't even want to see a storm cloud. after this set is done, I'm going back to the M/T street radial as it has been my favorite. the 555r is the best "all round" performance tire but dry traction doesn't compare to the M/T. my toy isn't anywhere close to a daily driver.

I like that tire. maybe i'll try it next instead of going back to the et street radial. same compound with a different tread design specifically designed to fight hydroplane.

Did MT give you any word on when the ET street S/S would be available? I've been eyeing the 295/65/15.

Also, I believe Quik has experience with the old generation ET street radials in 20s. Don't think he had much good to say about them, but you can confirm with him.

sidewall helps...20" wheel takes up all of your sidewall.

Same, same. No problems in the rain (driving sanely) and mine is a true DD.

305/45/18 is 2.7" shorter than what I have now.... I'm running the 285/60/18 with 4.56s.
