Hmm, so if I were to converter to returnless, how could I work in a fuel filter with the stock lines? Put it up by the rail like the vette filter? Then just put a -6 bulkhead on the top of the bucket for return?

FWIW, i took out ALL the stock fuel setup and went with a aluminum cell, dual 044's, all -AN lines, 13101 reg., FAST rails, etc... and am VERY glad i did. its soo much easier to deal with than all the stock fuel stuff
and... unless i read it wrong in your first post you need the regulator after the fuel rails, not before! hopefully my truck will be done with in the next few days and you can come up here i i can go down your way and you can check it out, it might help convince you to kinda copy me... it was a little pricey, but way worth it IMO |
I am in the process of building mine as well. I will have it ready for pics friday or saturday. I have dual walbros with a -6 feed. Mine will be returnless but the bucket should look pretty close to the same minus the return. I am going over kill on the wiring because I am going to run a boost a pump on each pump so where I am going to have 2 wiring bulk heads I would imagine you could fit a -10 bulkhead. I will post pics up this weekend

I would really like to keep the stock tank, but wouldnt mind finding an aftermarket bucket to make the pump installation and hose connections easy...
Yea, im very interested in pics. |

Ive been doing a lot of research lately and decided I am going to set up my bucket to potentially have three pumps, but may only run two 1020s at the moment. Kind of a hodgepodge of fittings but basically using a 1/2" cross and -10 bulkhead I should be able to hook up three pumps without much trouble. Making them fit in the bucket, on the other hand, will be interesting.
I am going to use the factory feed line as the return line. -10an from the bulkhead to the filter, and -8an from the filter to a Y then -8 to the front of each rail. -6an from the back of each rail to the regulator. Hopefully when I get this finished I shouldnt have any problems with fuel, ever  |
fyi, i fit a IIRC a -10 bulkhead and a -8 bulhead into my stock FP assemble. Of course I didnt take pics lol..
