Default How's this sound for 800 hp on E85?

I think I have my fuel plan mostly figured out, just wondering about my stock fuel rails now.

I have a 2005 Chevy. I am switching to a return. I have stock return rails ready to go on and am planning on doing -10 feed and -8 return, dual walbro 450s, and probably like a 96lb injector.

Will the stock rails limit the flow too much or should I look at aftermarket? The pumps and line size may be on the large side... right? With my built engine I want to have room to grow. 7-800whp is not necessarily my final goal.

At idle, only one pump will be running so the stock rails shouldn't hold that back too much, and then at higher load when the second pump kicks in, the fuel demand will be higher so the engine will be using more fuel so the rails also shouldn't hold back the flow too much. This sounds about right to me, just want to make sure.

you will need more injector to grow.

are the 96lb injectors rated 3 or 4 bar.

what base fuel pressure you plan on running.

BSFC for e85 is around .9-1 for boost apps

Injectors are not decided yet so I don't know. Fuel pressure of 60psi max, lower if I can get away with it.

I think atomic is running twin 400s, which is enough for him at 1100hp

you can always turn up the pressure to make you injectors "bigger"

Yup, I actually PM'd him a few times to get some more details on his pump setup. Instead of bombarding him with all my other questions though, I figured it wouldn't hurt to post here too and get more opinions on the other stuff.

OK, I've been reading a lot more today on here and LS1tech and here is where I am with specific questions.

-10 feed line or -8?
Walbro 400s or 450s?
Stock fuel rail or aftermarket? if stock, what do you do about the stock regulator?

ther is a recent thread on here that a guy believes he is having problems with regulator after putting in a 400 walbro ..
im gonna with a -10 on mine splitting off to each rail with a -8 but i also have aftermarket rails and regulator. if your using stock rails maybe -8 but ill let someone else chime in for that.
