High duty cycle
have a set of FAST 88lb injectors in my 2012 gmc sierra 1500 5.3 with a 76mm turbo and at high rpm im reading a 110 duty cycle the truck is currently making 556rwhp. fuel pump is a walbro 450 with -8 feed and -6 return. am i out of injector? feel like they should be able to handle alot more

Yep looks like you need larger ones. What’s the AFR at high RPM, does it fluctuate a lot? What PSI? Boost controller? If you see it bouncing around a bit your injectors are trying to keep up with commanded fuel and can’t. Boost controllers can bring the PSI on very quick and fuel injectors can’t keep up causing a high duty cycle and it can go lean. I would just get bigger injectors, so you have room to grow. |

whats your fuel pressure? I assume you have a fuel regulator on it

rail pressure is 58 + or - a psi, AFR is around 11.5 or 12 at wide open

idle under load the tuner said it dropped to 43psi but i never see a drop on my fuel pressure gauge that i have i the cab

my gauge is mounted in the cab with the sensor is attached to the fuel rail, single line feeding one rail into the other (stock setup)
