Hemi and GM Ttuck/SUV Drop in 255/340/Hellcat and dual modules available
We had a teaser out for a little bit, so now here is the meat and potatoes so to speak! We have been working on these for quite some time, and have them available now!
There is quite a bit of info and some WS6STORE/RPMSPEED exclusives here so make sure to read the entire post! We are offering complete drop in module kits with hotwire harness for 99-07 nbs trucks and 07-13 as well. We can do SUV also, but will need to know which suv etc. The modules will be made to order at the moment due to the sheer mass of differences in them for tank sizes, return vs returnless etc. ALL MODULES WILL REQUIRE A HOTWIRE KIT. Avg wait time will range from 1 day to 7 business days depending on what module and application. We are also offering modules for 03-19 Ram Hemi 1500s. 2500 will be available also. We also have an industry exclusive PLUG AND PLAY HOTWIRE HARNESS and DUAL PUMP HOTWIRE HARNESS for 03-19 hemis 1500/2500/3500. Just like the GM modules every Hemi module will require a hotwire kit. Whether its 255/340/Hellcat or dual pumps. 340/hellcat/dual pump kits will come with NO INTERNAL REGULATOR. They will have the option of adding an 8an feed bulkhead and utilize the factory 3/8 quick disconnect as the return. Super simple then just run a single 8an feed with adj pressure regulator or run the c5 filter with single feed to front. Multiple options available. More info and pictures later today!! |

What can do for my 02 Tahoe with the "little" mouth fuel tank?
Hellcat 525 pump so I can make 550 on E would be nice 👌🏻 |
A hellcat for 550 on E is not necessary. A 340 would fit that just fine.
Get me your GM module pn, ill cross reference and let you know. |
Yeah, but gotta have room to grow!
What I put in it after my 255 died: MU2294 19337968 |
Room to grow would be a 340. Itll handle in the 700s even properly done. Youre barely getting into its wheelhouse. After that, youre running out of fuel flow on your stock lines anyway even with return.
Youll have to run an aftermarket regulator anyway, or at least i would highly highly recommend it. I assume you may already be though. Do you have a hotwire harness already and if so it it a new style with the flat bulkhead connector? Overfueling is not always the best answer. Also make sure you have ans appropriate larger output alternator like at least the 140/160 amp style. Most tahoes etc should, but sometimes dont have them. |
No Hotwire, factory flex fuel wiring however. Stock flex fuel lines and reg as well. Can upgrade, just don't wanna: still stock rod truck
145 amp alternator is in there with the big 3 and a fat ole ACDelco AGM 👌🏻 Injectors I think are 1000cc. Just needs to support the 3rd iteration of my P1 build, but we've pullied down so peak might be 14-16lbs without the waste gate, 12 with the gate. She'll get the gate unless for some reason I need to close it from the cab for some gapplebeez |
Your 255 likely died due to no hotwire. Factory wiring is still factory wiring, flex fuel or not. Aftermarket pumps need both the voltage and current necessary to even put out their rated volume but also to remain reliable.
A 340 module with hotwire and an aftermarket regulator with aftermarket rails on stock fuel lines would likely be your best setup. Still cost effective but replaces the weak points. |
The flex fuel wiring is a factory hotwire. It's 8 or 10ga feed and has an additional 10amp on the fuse
the 255 made it 7yrs before it was losing the ability to support fuel over 4K ish the 255 in my Saturn at it over 10yrs before the car was totaled I don't think my pump failed due to lack of voltage or supply. I think it failed because Walbro has been falling off in quality the last 10yrs or so, and finding legit ones is increasingly difficult the real question remains, do you think you'll be able to provide a product for the "small mouth" tanks? Whether it's 525 or 340? |
Yes we can adapt these to nearly any setup.
From what I've physically seen on any stock wiring it is less than sufficient. So it would definitely need a hotwire. The module in a 340 for your setup would be $449 shipped. Includes hotwire and direct drop in module with fuel level sensor. |
These look nice I like that you use the factory style corrugated tubing.
Do you offer any sort of warranty? I had a Walbro 450 die in a little less than 2 years and it had a Racetronix hotwire kit and I never ran the tank below half. |
Do you need my module or do you use a new module?
And plan to offer dual or even a single pump for the C5s? Not many companies offer squat and lots of owners are doing surge tanks. I have a 408 to feed that might get a turbo later |
No warranty. They are completely tested before they ship for pressure and leaks.
These are brand new aftermarket modules we modify. |
The c5 are another can of worms we may look at but the 97-03 module is so awkward its hard to say. Then the 04-13 is another issue.
We are focusing right now on trucks and the fbodys. |
Drop in 340 pump for 04 truck with hotwire harness done.
Customer sent us the module. https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.per...d02387d14c.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.per...4741890eef.jpg Also hellcat module for 2014 ram and 340 module for 2012 ram done. The we have modified these for 8sn feed on the hellcat and 6an feed on 340. Need external regulators. The stock feed line then turns into the return line, so it just runs 1 line to the front for feed and that's it! Simple and cost effective. https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.per...ba0fc14673.jpg |
Will these modified modules be like stock, can run under half tank of gas without worry of fuel starvation under heavy acceleration?
|
Interested in one of these set ups for my '04 Tahoe 5.3 Flex Fuel w/Radix Supercharger.

How much for a 2008 gen 4 Silverado? Turbo 5.3 have a single racetronix hitwire kit but not installed running low boost in stock flex pump right now. Want to run a single 450 or a 525 to get about 6-700hp pump gas. Single 8an feed to stock return after market boost ref reg after market rails is the plan. 80# deka injectors. Products looks and sounds nice and easy to install but iam curious about the 1/4 tank starvation issues. Haven’t taken the stock bucket out yet. Do you supply the bucket any warranty?

i nee done for my 04 what 340 pump?
