Fuel system conversion
I’ve read the sticky but it dosent really help me.
My MP112 supercharger came with return style fuel system but my 04 is returnless. My tuner wants me to convert to return style (I’m guessing easier to tune) going to the junk yard tomorrow to compare the two. Is it just easiest to grab a fuel pump module/emissions stuff from earlier truck and flexible lines off evil bay and slap em in ?? |
So I think I’m gonna gut my pump module drill a hole for a bulkhead fitting and run a braided return line.

Basically what you posted in your second post. is what I would do.

your fuel pump will work better with a return. so you will get more fuel flow and the pump won't have to work as hard. you'll need a fuel pressure regulator which should be placed after the fuel injectors. the way it was explained to me is that the FPR is like a wastegate for a turbo, they both maintain pressure behind them. 6an is the same size as 3/8's.
