Fuel filter before or after external pump?

You could do a 40 micron filter before and a 10 micron after. Just something that I have thought of doing myself.

Well i ended up just adding a filter after the pump, the pump is going to be attached directly to the sump... I should have some pics as soon as the cell gets delivered.
