E-85 OR Meth and 93 octane

Currently running mods in my sig. Ready for the next phase though. Should I convert to E85 or just add a meth kit? I think I have asked enough of the current system already.

I run meth,E85 is not readily available near me.

Any ideas on what kind of fuel system I would need to run a lq4 on 15the psi?

sprayedenali 06-12-2012 11:14 AM

I have twin 044s and 120lb injectors. I'm about maxed out right now at I'd guess 700rwhp fwiw....

Maxed out on E85 right?
What fuel pressure you running?

Does anyone have any idea what the octane would be with 93+meth?

nonnieselman 06-12-2012 02:38 PM

Depends on the mixture..

:stupid:

Three within driving distance to me...still not convenient...can buy methanol in-town...
A friend was running it and had great results...he made the swap when he started trailer-ing it to the track though...

I DO see one IN Brunswick...per this map, anyway...

Okay I guess I should have thought more before writing. What would you be looking at to run a octane of 104.5 which is e85? I am just trying to get a basic understanding if it would even work right.

I have an e85 station about 30 miles away and I go there every now and then, however in the event I need to get gas I would like to run on premium with a mix of something to equal the octane of e85.

What would be the best way to go about something like that?
