Confirm Walbro part #
1875-TU434HP
Is that the correct part number for a drop in 255 for a return system ?? Can't seem to find out much about it on summit or google. |
That number looks to be the whole module, you only need a pump. The Pump is a GSS340.
|
I want the module. I'm lazy :)

Wow..... You are....

TU434HP is a complete drop in 255lph module it DOES NOT contain a fuel tank pressure sensor (OBD2)
TU432HP is also a complete drop in 255lph module that DOES contain a fuel tank pressure sensor (OBD2) Neither unit is rated for use in ethanol. Both units are for the 99-04 GM truck applications. |

You are correct. It is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
if you don't require the sensor its not going to hurt to just have it there with no connector plugged in. It should not cause any leak codes as the sensor is sealed. |
just get the 480. Its good for ethanol. They cost about $100

The TU432HP and TU434HP are complete assemblies that have been engineered to support 550hp. When you butcher your bucket to put in just a pump you risk altering jet aspiration that refills said bucket to keep the pump from aerating. Plus they come with a new level sender which GM trucks are known to wear out. |
