Clear up the confusion on a returnless fuel system

We've used them on stock ls conversions before but I didn't think they would handle "big" pumps but I wasn't sure
I have pretty much everything figured out except how to return the fuel into the factory sending unit

I posted the 450s flow ratings already.
Its double that of a flex fuel.
Lets theorize that if a flex fuel pump can do 500, a 450 should beable to do 700+.
Now are you willing to roll the dice on a single pump at that power level? If that pump fails on a WOT pull. Bad things will happen.

Pretty sure it does. My 07 NNBS has one. Check just forward of the spare tire. And if it does, doing a return set up will require you to pull the fuse for the FPCM and getting rid of a few codes. Some on here have had success utilizing the stock FPCM (has to be part number# 25967325) and flashing them with the CTSV program in it, enabling higher pressures. The bucket you will need for the 450s to fit need to be from a flex fuel if you don't have one (from what I have read). I too am going turbo and am in the same process as you. And have researched this to death. I am going with a junkyard flex bucket, one walboro 450 (PWM to work with the FPCM), FPCM flashed with a CTSV VIN and CTSV injectors(free).
If interested in more info on the FPCM this is a great read from the CTSV community.
