Default bank 2 lean but no codes at wot

Having some issues with bank 2 fuel trims are at +25 only when I go wot now. I can hear it popping and stumbling. First was a cross threaded o2 sensor it was at +15 to +25 at idle or half throttle changed sensor due to being cross thread into my header after a new tune. Now ive checked intake gaskets with carb clean no run up on rpms. I unplugged maf while running rpms drop but ran the same figured that was it so I shut truck off let it sit with maf unplugged restarted ran like crap plugged maf back in smoothed out on idle and rpms went back up. Truck runs fine has no issues till I open it all the way up. Im thinkn either a fuel pump or my injectors are maxed.

Anyone else have a issue like this dont really want to start throwing parts at it

Sounds like an exhaust leak.

That has crossed my mind if the o2 sensor is not seated in correctly
