With my Vic Jr I ran a -8 into the rail from the fuel filter from the pump.
-8 from the rail to the FPR.
-6 from the FPR to the pump.
I capped the lines on the tank that I think were for the EVAP. I now think I need to un-cap that line and run a fuel line to a high spot and mount it, I'm getting a very strong hissing or venting sound when I unscrew the gas cap.

If you vent the tank to atmosphere, make sure it has a few loops in it so that in the unfortunate event of a roll over the fuel will not come pouring out.
