Good info here....getting ready to make some changes to my 2000 and need more fuel. Is the 2000 stock fuel system returnless? Looks like there are two lines into the stock rails???

2000 would be return style. With 2 lines going up to the fuel rail.

With my Vic Jr I ran a -8 into the rail from the fuel filter from the pump.
-8 from the rail to the FPR.
-6 from the FPR to the pump.
I capped the lines on the tank that I think were for the EVAP. I now think I need to un-cap that line and run a fuel line to a high spot and mount it, I'm getting a very strong hissing or venting sound when I unscrew the gas cap.

The Evap is how it vented Before and equalized the pressure. By sealing, it the pressure can not escape.

If you vent the tank to atmosphere, make sure it has a few loops in it so that in the unfortunate event of a roll over the fuel will not come pouring out.
