Default 95 Isuzu- I need help

My father-in-law has it, and it keeps pushing out the oil pump seal. It has a drain hole that runs back to the block, but I can't find a hole in the block for the oil to drain back into. Anyone ever seen or run across this problem before?

Can't see why they got a hole for the oil to drain, but it has no place to go. I did actually beat the aluminum over the seal to hold in place and it still forced it out over a months time.

Well I went to buddys dad place where he had a isuzu and I pulled the oil pump just to find that the drain hole was actually a drain hole. So I got a right angle drill and drill 1/2 deeper into the block and fixed the problem.. Guess it was a factory defect in the block idk.
