i swear sometimes you guys read my mind. I was just today gonna ask the same question. Not that I can afford the 3.3 system. does anyone know if you just buy the blower itself will it mount up to the location and brackets that i already have? i NEED a larger blower. well, WANT a larger blower.

I thought about mounting a 3300ax whipple on my radix intake over a year ago and ruled it out because of the complexity of the swap. The LS1 tuner setup they have pictured on their website has a new intake with a really big heat exhanger built in to it is completely different from their older sidemount kits.

Their tuner kit for the ls1 engine wont fit without some major modifications. Our intakes go under the firewall some and that 3.3 sits real high plus it has the air intake going around through the back. You would have to notch out the firewall and get rid of the pass side wiper for it to fit, may even have to cut into the windshield. It would look really sweet poking out through the top of our hoods though If my truck wasnt my everyday ride, i'd probably cut it up and do it. It just shows they could soooooooo easily make a nice intercooled setup for us but refuse to do it.
