LS9 gaskets and some ARP head studs should hold pretty damn well... Several users on here running that.
This is what I plan on doing myself someday, but I would think under 12psi would be ok without that???

Already studded. Guess I Wana be like all the cool kids! I'll order up some ls9's. Waiting on my cam and I'll be already to do this! Now if I could only make it hook.

Ohh and no one has really answered your question but I think l92 top end and custom cam your gonna see huge gains probly 100rwhp... Enough gain that you will probly need to lower your boost level!

Suspension is flip kit with caltracs and stock wheels with mt et streets. Im at hmp all the time. I'm the ugly gray truck that everybody thinks is procharged.

On the l92 intake what is the red hole on the back of the intake for and how can I plug it?

its a fitting for the brake booster hose. you can get a plug from the dealer, or any 99 up truck that came with a hydrobooster

Yea I went out and looked and my old intake has the same thing. Think im going to use it to feed a vacuume block. Will ls1 style injectors fit in to the injector holes on the l92 intake? I know when I did fast swap on a ls2 I had to change to ls1 style orings. Will I need to do the same on this intake? Oh and does anyone have p/n for the ls9 head gaskets?

If you are running the same .68 exhaust housing that was on the truck from when I sold it spoolin wont be an issue, back pressure will.
