Yeah, I think 11:1 with a stock cam will be prone to detonation with forced induction. I think you need to kill the DCR with a hotter cam.

Thats what I was thinking but he made it sound like it was a stock motor, only if thats the compression its not stock. Trying to get a better idea of the setup.

Maybe he is just mistaken about his CR, and if that's the case, I would retract my cam recommendation.

sorry guys, thats not the compression. that would have been the compression if I stayed no adder with L92 heads. But my current compression is a STOCK LQ9. The motor has 74k on it. So that should be 10:1.
