On my 05 I just ran the intank 255 with stock returnless system. I didn't have any issues until around 12lbs of boost, then over that a return system and bigger pump would've helped me

OK, I only plan to run around 10#'s just cuz this truck is regularly driven by other people and is still used as a work truck.
With the return less style would I be gaining anything going with the 340 vs a 255?

The 340 is 100$ more.
OK I think I might order the fuel pump, wb, and boost gauge today. I'm also going to talk to a friend of mine that has some connections at a few local salvage yards about getting me some e-fans.

yea the catch can or how ever you decided to do it
I would put a 3-5lb. spring in the wastegate and run a manual boost controller under the hood. If you have efi live I would leave it in valet mode in addition to low boost while other people are driving it. The bigger pump is just capable of supporting more HP.
