Default Turbonetics lack of customer service

Has anyone else had issues getting their turbo from Turbonetics? I ordered my Turbonetics 7875 back on October 29th and still don’t have it. I’ve emailed with no response, Facebook message with no response, called and left a message with no call back and also submitted a question on their webpage with no response. I can understand a 5-6 week build time but I’m pushing 10 plus weeks without my truck and I can’t get anyone from Turbonetics to respond to me. I just want to know when I can expect my turbo. If this is their standard customer service I’m not impressed.

On another note ..I’m building a 2010 Silverado rcsb 4x4 with a 5.3. Dod Delete, tick stage 2 cam, springs trunnion kit, injectors.. hoping for 650 - 700 horsepower but it looks like I might have to pick another turbo..what are your thoughts?

I'd cancel the order and try and find one from a dealer like summit or Jegs who has one in stock. I know they completely shut down for like 3 weeks over the holiday and that's probably a big part of the non-communication but I stopped using them quite a long time ago. Not many people I know use them anymore.
