Yes I think they will. The LS1 will pass easily with a 224/224 114. Albeit's a larger engine, the 5.3L isn't much smaller.

Haven't gotten one yet. CA is changing their smog laws next year so there is no more sniffer test, so I may get something a bit larger. But I am still leaning towards 212/212 - 216/216 on a 114 LSA at the moment.

Ive been gettin 24mpg out of it in the past several trips out of town. And anywhere from 14-18 towing and DD'ing. And im bone stock with a paper air filter to a stock muffler but no cats, and a tune.

Do you have a lean cruise setup in your tune?
