Wrap the AC dryer and tranny lines. Get stupid with the plug wires too.

Yep. I wrapped my ac line with the same titanium header wrap as all my pipes. I did wrap my turbo log also, but not my drivers side manifold. that would be a bitch. That's why I chose to ceramic coat everything first. Everything helps.

I second this as well, I wrapped EVERYTHING on my truck 2x as well and some places even got
3x layers of wrap applied, I have been expirmenting with ways of wrapping the turbo and then using a double blanket on it, some of the ideas are good but don’t really fit the physical aspects of it

So what should I ballpark I need for wrap if using 2”? How many feet? I figure the 4” downpipe will use a decent amount.

Youll want the 1" for the headers as they are much tighter radius, but the 2" works well on the rest of the pipes. I think I used 50ft per wrap per side on the headers, and something like 100ft for the crossover and downpipe per wrap, depending how far you want to go.

I want to say I used about 200-250ft. Of wrap on my system, I have a 3” DP tho, but I wrapped it all the way from turbo outlet to the inlet on the 4” system and a bit past. Then back up again. I found the 2” stuff to work great, and areas where it was a bit tight I just trimmed it and tucked it around the merge pipes to fit extra snug

Ohh yeah FWIW I used this “flexible foil wrap” that I collected over the years from
Installing Banks Power Paks on motorhomes, but it is like 6”x18” long 1/16th thick foil with dimples on the outside and ultra high heat fiberglass on the inside with another layer of 1/16th thick foil....... I have it as a heat shield protecting my drain hose from the WG ( they are very close on my setup ) but you may be able to purchase some from Banks directly, I have been working on a way to may a right fitting “helmet” for the turbo housing using that material followed by a blanket and some wrap and another blanket

Like this stuff?

I had a similar idea for using it and wondered what else you could use this stuff for, but for headers like in the video i think its mostly worthless unless you just need to shield something close..
