Hmm, is this how your Sierra is? I'm pretty sure my TB is just connected to the pedal via a cable, not fly by wire

stock pulley is a 4.0 right? he might be seeing 5-6 lbs of boost. with out a stall i dont think you can break those tires loose on that amount of boost with a procharger knowing the boost doesnt kick in till high 3k rpms. IF you want to turn that hoe into a animal get a 3k stall and a 3.7 pulley . i personally run a 3200 stall and wish i had a bigger stall every day ... fyi

Im running a similiar tire size as you, 285/50/20, and I have a problem with keeping the tires planted to the ground.

I have the stock pulley as well.

Just so I have an idea, anyone have a link to a good verter and pulley I can price out?

I don't know if I should start a new thread, but I'll ask anyway. In the winter time upon first start up, it sounds like my valves are slapping. It goes away after 30 secs to a min. I assume the oil circulates and quiets the hydraulics down. But now that its summer, I noticed the truck doing for the first time, even when its in the 70's in the am. Any idea what the slapping noise is?

i would contact spayed99 on here he has a good contact for a full billit tcs converter and very good prices . and pulleys if you want a reg 3.7 from procharger put a wanted ad out i have one but dont know if i want to part with it yet, and if you want something special contact reichard racing for the no slip grip pulleys

I would hope he could break tires loose with that PC on. Im practicly stock and can spin tires from a stop without power braking.

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say Justin probably has a conservative tune in place for you. Did he do the cable tune or Live/dyno tune? I would also reccommend bigger injectors and a good fuel pump to make good use of what you have there. :thumb:

With a stock fuel system, you tune is going to be very conservative. If you had it tuned via mail order, then it will be even more so. Go get a fuel system and a boost gauge, lose the pos fmu, decide if you need to pulley down or not to get you to around 8psi, and have someone tune it on the street or dyno with a wideband. You will see a night and day difference. Then start saving for a tranny, cause it will soon be on its way out. If you put a stall in with the stock tranny, your just gonna have to send it back off to get it cut and cleaned when your tranny does go, to the tune of +-$250
