Just keep calling.
I remember once, I think I googled it and came up with some mustang place that was advertising them. I gave them a call and they put me in contact. I constantly watch classifieds, once in a while they come up.
I have an 8-rib 3.55" pulley, but am keeping it.

Bringing this back up, have a few questions... First off, Reichard Racing doesn't have a website any more. Not sure where I can get pulleys of the style they had other than searching for sale ads. There is another style of pulley that I spotted on ebay with sort of an etched surface that the belt rides on. Looks just about impossible for the belt to slip, although the belts might get shredded by the pulley lol. Anybody used these before?
Another thing I am concerned about is aligning the new pulley kit... That seems to be a bit of an issue from what I have read. Is there a simple method of doing this or is a laser aligning tool an absolute must?
Also, what are the options for upgrading the idler pulleys in the procharger bracket? They look almost wide enough for the 8 rib... Is there an upgrade for these pulleys? I guess it is the older style bracket, so I need two of these pulleys.
My hat is off to you blower guys...you have to put up with some serious bullshit to go fast

You can sand blast the pulley to give it more grip . But the way to go is a Richard racing pulley to keep the slip away. The last place I bought a new Richard racing pulley from was lethalperformance.com give them a call and see what they have in stock or can get ordered think it took me a couple weeks to get a pulley when I ordered mine. Another thing you can do since you got the old brackets on there is go with a bigger idler to give it more wrap. I was running a 3.5 8 rib pulley on my d1 with a 10% of balancer pulley with no slip made 22psi... be warned the 8 rib set ups are a nightmare to get alined probably the most frustrating thing I have done on my truck ever.
