Default Smaller procharger pulley...how small until it slips?

Damn blowers and their belts! I'm tuning up a guy's procharged truck and want to know how small I can go on the blower pulley before the 6 rib starts slipping. From my reading it looks like the 3.6-3.7 range seems to be the limit. The truck has a 408 with a D1SC and with the 3.85 pulley on it now its making about 8psi at 6000rpm.

Also if anyone has pulleys to sell, let me know

Stock balancer. I actually just got a call from the guy and he is not opposed to swapping to an 8 rib setup, so I think we'll take that route. Now...anybody have any 8 rib kits for sale?

If he does stay 6 rib - a Reichard pulley is the way to go.

Anyone know how to get ahold of those guys? Or a supplier for their pulleys? I've been looking for one myself.

Ok, so he seems to be on board for the Innovators West 8 rib upgrade kit. Are the RR pulleys just hard to find these days?

Man, I haven't really tried to get one now for a couple years. But last time I did, it was near impossible to get them on the phone. I think they stay busy with military contracts or some ****. Give them a call, you may have some luck.
