Bead of black RTV, or wait 120 days for the proper gasket. I would get the proper gasket anyway, then throw it in once it arrives and clean off the RTV with a brush and rubbing alcohol.

Can you post up a picture of where the gasket goes or a picture of what the gasket looks like? That would help.

+1

How much is the gasket? Just curious

I waited close to a couple of years to install my blower, don't see a big deal waiting 120 days

Just kidding as I was going nuts waiting to install it, unfortunately things weren't going my way back then and I was really close to selling the blower. I'm glad I didn't and the wait was more than worth it.

Just measure the ID and OD of the ring in the manifold , shouldn't be hard to find an Oring for it .

The 1st pic is of the upper intake where I need the gasket/o-ring
2nd pic shows where there is a gasket/o-ring type seal in place around the cooler (squared area)
3rd pic is the bottom side of blower where the bypass valve mates to the upper intake.

Just measure it then google XXmm o-ring. I tried it just now with random sizes and got results for every one (10mm, 11mm, 18mm, 28mm). They are cheap, so if you aren't sure, just order a few different sizes. Just my $.02

As mentioned, that should be easy to find.

If I remember right, that gasket is the same material/thickness as the gasket around the cooler in the second pic. Just measure its thickness and measure the internal diameter and you're set.

I believe it was a 4.5mm o-ring. Most part houses should have an assortment of sizes. Hope this helps
