Radix Intercooler Pump Issue
 

Went to go start truck today and heard screeching noise. So i popped the hood and turned the key and it was comings from the pump. I opened the reservoir and turned on truck but its not pumping any coolant. We checked connectors all seemed fine. We got a testor and its getting power.

It actually powers on but it doesn't pump. Anyone know if this is covered by warranty? Or if you just gotta buy a new one. Read some post sounds like they will but didnt say for sure.

How old is your MagnaCharger? I've had to replace one before, and it was warrantied.

I got it back in July of '07. I can't believe it's been this long since I've had it.

Well, you'll probably have to buy the new one then. This is the one you'll need for the Radix intercooler.

Yeah more than likely. Do you know where I can get this from or do I just call Magnacharger and get from them?

Magnacharger, or ebay for about $100.

Don't forget that Summit adds a $10 handling charge to the price, plus shipping charges. I hate that shit!

Yeah it's ridiculous, they don't have one in stock either way. Wont ship til the 18th, but they do free ground shipping just add the 9.95 handling fee. Never understood that shit.

I'll call Magnacharger on Monday and see what they quote me. Again thanks for all your help.
