I ordered a zpe 3.1 level 2 griptec tonight so we will see what happens with that, long tubes and y pipe next...

BBP tune & the CAI was 1.5# increase in boost

 

That makes sense.

 

ZPE Griptec 3.1 stock long block, long tubes, stock air box, Y-pipe and 3" custom exhaust = 9.5 psi

Next is custom intake. Guessing that will push it up over 10 psi...

 

Magnacharger or roush?

 

Magnacharger tvs 1900.

 

Magnuson TVS1900 on 4.8L 212/218@.050"

3.7" pulley 150-152 KPa = 7.5 psi

3.2" pulley 175-178 KPa =11 psi

 

Where is everyone getting their pulley from for the TVS1900? I have one of the Roush 1900's, but cannot find anyone that sells a modular kit.

Buddy of mine installed a ZZP MPS for the 3800's M90 blower, and he said it lined up. Thinking about trying that route as well, but not sure it will line up perfectly...
