It looks like you have the 90mm.

If it goes on put it on, even if you have to MAKE it go, belt will stretch with RPM's and will stretch over time..

My local Pronto auto parts has a selection of gates idler pulleys in stock. We looked through the gates book which has the pulley dimensions.

I hope you have a good parts store/person that will help you out. If not I'm sure I can get you part numbers tomorrow.

It will help you install the shortest belt by installing it on all of the pulleys except the water pump saving it for last.

Sucks changing belts on PC setups.............

KBracing gave me some flack when I installed a PC.

When you put the new belts on are you closing the tensioner and slipping the belt over whatever pulley you pick to do last?

If this is true the belt is to long, there is a trick to get a short belt on.

I take the pulley next to the procharger off install the belt, pull down on the tensioner, then reinstall the pulley

You need to put the belt on, reinstall all the pulleys, then put the wrench on the tensioner bolt and slide the belt up as far on the wrench handle as you can. Have a second set of hands to help pull the belt over the tensioner. Atleast the way I do it, have a damn short belt on there,.. Hope that made sense
