I can not see the belt slipping with that kind of wrap, for 12 psi
.

That's the 3.85" pulley. The 3.6 gets belt slip. The 114" belt is almost too long with the 3.85" pulley

It's either belt slip or I have a bad boost leak at 10psi

I can not believe pro charger would make a set up that they do not sell a belt that fits with out issue.. Are you using a stock tensioner? Seriously the only person I have ever seen have this kinda issue, LOL.. You sure you have the tensioner cranked all the way over ?

With the 4.0" pulley it is all the way tight. with the 3.85 it has about a 1/8 turn. the 3.6" is about half
