problem with boost

hi

i have silverado 5.3 /2010 stock bottom

-6.0 heads
-ARP studs
-MLS gasket
-camshaft 226/226
-holley Hi-ram
-throttle ls3
-injectors 8000cc
-turbo GTX42 housing tail
-dual bosch pump 044
-WG precision 66

it was with pip from throttle to intercooler 3 inch i change it to 3.5
the pipe from turbo to intercooler 3inch , down pipe 3.5

when i was tuning its with to side 3 inch its made 550hp with 7psi
now i did some upgrade 3.5 pipe and WG precision it was before run with JGS precision 60mm

yesterday i tuned the truck the boost never go more than 3 psi /307HP
i checked all cooling pipe there is no leaks and i canceled the boost control and checked when i need go more the air fuel ratio is lean i don't know what check now ?

using single spring with WG ?
or
maybe the maf sensor don't work good ?

really i don't know ....

How are you referencing the amount of boost? Are you just running spring pressure in the wastegate, or using a boost controller?

I'm using spring pressure in the wastegate "two springs green and yellow with boost control
at tuning moment i saw the boost never go more so i canceled the boost control and i didn't changed the springs
