I have no doubt that with all the help offered on this site this tb issue can be figured out. Good thing this truck isnt my dd!
Prepare to be humbled.

It will be a lot to take in at first but with some reading and time, you will get it. And once you do, it will be addicting.

I have spent countless hours on the TB issue. I will be more than happy to help anyone that needs it. I am honestly not 100% sure I got it figured out, but it seemed to be gone when I blew the engine. Lol. As far as I could tell it was due to the air passing over the blade. It was creating a vacuum sort of like an airplane wing, and altering the actual TP% forcing it into REP. I will be moving even more air when my 6.0 and intercooler are done, so we will see if it trips it again. If it does, I think I will weld in a divider in front and behind the TB so there is a smooth transition off the blade. I might even tap the J tube so I can check the vacuum above and below the blade when the REP is activated.

I definitely know its not gonna be easy so I'm prepared for that. It'll be great to really see everything that's goin on with the truck rather than just look at the gauges.

I'll definitely keep you in mind if I'm in need of some help. I'm pretty sure I will be! REP drove me nuts on my last truck. Hoping this one won't be the same

Is your setup tuned 2bar? If so try doing a hard pull with the intake tube removed and see what happens. Just dont leave any loose nuts and bolts under hood....

I'm still on a maf tune. Just got an email saying my hpt shipped out today so with any luck I'll be able to post some logs up Thursday.

Got my hpt in last week and ive been playing with it some. Changed my etc scalar to 7800 for the nw102 and took it out for a drive, REP didnt show up so hopefully I got it taken care of. Still have to get the idle right though. Hpt is pretty overwhelming with all the stuff that can be changed in there. Im taking baby steps and saving everything just in case!
