oil Dipstick

My 2010 Silverado 5.3 has the oil dipstick right around the front of the passenger valve cover which is right where my Turbo will be. I see lots of pics of NBS trucks that have the dipstick further toward the rear, will a dipstick from an earlier truck fit my truck or are there other options for the dipstick? I don't really want to bend my dipstick.

The dipsticks are the same on all the 99-13 trucks. If you do a conventional log style manifold, it will fit no problem.

With our Turbo manifold, stick remains in the stock location. It mounts up easy. I use a spacer behind the mounting flange to allow the tube clearance and cleaner look. But its not even needed.

I have a KB manifold on my truck and had no problems with the dipstick.

Here’s a couple of pics.
You can mount directly to the head or
Like this we use a stud and nut.
