With this lower manifold though and the TVS1900 front inlet/front drive I think it could easily be made to work and there would be a big market with parts that already exist for the L30/L31 guys and there are alot of them.
Well with the new CNP(coil near plug) retrofit that EFIConnection has for the Vortec trucks, LT1(soon) and other GEN 1 engine apps, maybe it would fit? The distributer body, shaft and gear still needs to be used for the camshaft position sensor, but theres a sealed cap that goes on top instead of the 9 prong crab style cap. Maybe this new cap would provide enough clearance for the MP112??

They are using a 24x relcutor wheel from a 98-00 L21 454 bigblock thats modified to fit on the L30/L31 crank underneath the stock timing from cover. They are using an L21 CMP sensor to read the 24x relcutor, using 8 GEn 3 coilds and a Vette cal file for ETC throttles or an LS1 F-body cal file for cable throttles.
The 98-00 L21 454 uses ETC, 8 CNP coils, and was found on P30 vans, P30 motor home cahssis, and 99+ Kodia/Topkick trucks. Its basically an L29 Vortec 454 with ETC, CNP, and forged internals.
