Get your boost gauge hooked up and get a custom tune and it will be completely different.

First of all, there is no reason for sd tuning on that truck with that power and mods. I'd have it returned to maf right away, i'm sure some of the mileage will return.
Second, we did a '07 nbs 6.0L with a tvs1900 that made 398hp on my superflow, with same torque, so those numbers are low.
In their defense, these new trucks suck at timing sometimes. anyone that has tuned many of them will know that some of these genIV trucks just can't take timing and they ping with low timing, just not on the scanner, but audible knock.

for example, i had two exact 2011 4wd 5.3 trucks here last week, same OS, same build, everything. they both had 93oct and always ran it.
one truck was able to take 24degs of timing at wot and not one hint of KR, the other truck only handled 18degs before audible knock was noticed.

regardless of all that, get the a/f ratio checked and the data logged, make sure there is no knock!

Vortech supplies and installs the supercharger for $2500 plus California state tax.

This is a 50 state legal kit meaning its not going to be the best tune for optimum power.

The 3.8 pulley on a 6.2 makes 6psi.

When I had my 5.3 done they said it made 90hp and 50lbft more than stock. Not possible- I went from 15.77 to 13.65.

They shoot for a 10.8 AFR on their tunes.

Between the Sneaky Silverado thread and the Ordered Whipple thread You'll get alot of info on this topic
