Default Max Boost w/ Flex Fuel 33# Injectors

Hey guys, I am finally starting my front mount turbo build on my 06' crew cab 5.3L. I remember back in the day when I had my supercharged Joe Gibbs Tahoe I was running 8 lbs. of boost with factory flex fuel injectors and it was also a return style fuel system. I was somewhere in the 90% duty cycle, but it worked fine.

Now I know that turbo setups can sometimes move air volume vs. a blower at the same boost level. Anyone have an approx. idea on how much boost I can run with a turbo before I max out the factory 33# FF injectors? Also, how much turbo boost before the MAF typically gets maxed out as well? My current truck has a return-less style fuel system instead of a return style like I had before. Not sure how that affects things though.

My Tahoe 5.3 with 8lbs. boost was at 110% IDC with stock flex fuel injectors and the stock flex fuel pump. Switched to 53lb. injectors and all is good now.

Appears to be running a Radix. Do yourself a favor and get some 60's or 80's and be done with it. Its not worth the risk of running out of fuel.

I had stock injectors and pump on my flex w 8psi and the fuel was enough and steady.

When I went up to 10. I got 60s just to make sure
