Yeah the housing. I don't know how hot I dont have a heat gun. But it was hot enough to get me concerned. I have it mounted where you can read the bosh sticker. I figured that was the write way. I couldn't mount it where it said to. But the water inlets are facing toward the ground and the wires point towards the hood. If that makes sense.

Ok drove it for about 30 min today. Bosch pump gets hot enough to we're I can't touch it. Anyone have any idea if this is normall. Checked that it does pump the water. Comes out of the supercharger into the resvior through the intercooler then it's the pump then into the supercharger. any suggestions. Or anyone ever touched their pump.

Sounds like you may have it mounted upside down. The wire harness should be on the bottom with the pump mounted vertical. I think you can mount it horizontally as well, but double check me on that.

Mine gets really hot too, don't know if it's too hot to touch though.

You need to hook it up to the lower intake. It will show vacuum until you have your foot in the gas. You cant hook up on the J tube, it will always show vacuum.

You'll find a 1/8" NPT plug in the driver's side back corner of the manifold. That's where it goes. Remove the plug and install a nipple or sensor. I'll try to find a pic.

15-18 inches of vacuum is normal. You won't see any boost pressure without accelerating under load.

Ok when I give it gas the vacuum just goes up to 20+. I really don't get this I would think you would have to have this plumbed into the heads or something. I don't know lol thanks.
