Start out with the pulley you have. Smaller pulley will give you more power, but at the cost of higher IAT's, and that is what you don't want.

 

Looking good, post up some pictures of what this is going in.

that's a link to a few pictures of my truck that i put it on. you think i should keep that same pulley not get a smaller on. truck has 1 3/4 shorty headers true dual 3 inch exhaust with blow through mufflers 241 heads that were decked .45 and cometic gaskets .27 ported just on the exhaust valve job bigger and new valves for the heat on the supercharger. i have the cts cam its the bigger lift one the 550 the guys at magnacharger said i will probably be at 4-5 pounds i don't really have an idea what i would be at. i wanna say my compression is maybe 10 now.
