I got a base tune and OS flashed and so far everything is working good. Its very rich under boost. I over estimated how much boost it would make when I gave Justin all my info. I plan on doing some data logging through the auto cal tomorrow so hopefully Justin will get me dialed in a little better.

I just installed the electric fans and I have yet to see them cut on yet so hopefully its not too big of a head ache.

Ill make sure to take some pictures tomorrow.

The fuel rail was made buy the same guy who did my adapter plates. Jesse Olson of Olson Kustom Works. He also sells a front drive kit that relocates the alternator and power steering but we found out the version he was making at the time did not fit 4x4s. The powersteering pulley would hit the steering box before pressing all the way on. I think he has since revised that kit for 4x4s.

Luckily a guy right down the road from me make a great kit to relocate the alternator and power steering. His name is Murphy Wallace of LS Simple. He hooked me up.

BTW a guy asked cost earlier.....
I got nickle and dimmed but I think I still came out ok.
There were a lot of little things that I did not think of until I started installing things.

I originally wanted to find a Used Magnuson Tvs 1900 kit but when I figured out I could do this cheaper, I went this direction.
I also waited for months for a used tvs kit and I only found one at the time and the guy didn't seem motivated to sell or remove from his truck I guess... so I pulled the trigger on LSA blower.

Here is the parts list. Ill probably update it as time goes on and as I remember items.

LSA Blower- $550 ebay
ZL1 Lid new- $344 ebay
Lingenfelter solid isolator- $55 summit
Adapter plates- $425 OKW
Fuel Rail- $300 OKW
LSS Front drive kit- $475 LSS
Cts-v injectors used- $200 ebay
Delphi to EV6 adapters- $33 ebay
3 bolt to 4 bolt TB adaptor- $24 ebay
Bosh heat exchanger pump- $94 ebay
Coolant reservoir- $85 ebay
Heat exchanger - $90 ebay
Intake parts- $60 ebay
Break out harness for IAT- $21 Summit
LS3 Map pigtail- $22 Summit
Walbro TU432HP-2- $235 amazon
Corvette regulator/filter- $34 amazon
Electric fans 2006 truck used- $125 Ebay
BPautomotive Electric fan harness- $150 ebay
Misc Hose, Clamps, Fluids,Fittings,ect...- $ who Knows, Ill call it $50
Total: $3372 (may go up as I remember little things and spend more money on it)(NOT Including Tuning)

If I had to do it over, I think I would just wait on a used Magnuson kit. Its all figured out already and comes with instructions.

Here are some recent pictures. Id like to make the intake look a little better, this was temporary. I want to run a different upper radiator hose that could go down and under the intake but its fine for now. Also get rid of all of those white zip ties for some black ones lol.

Im gonna go out on a limb and say that u turn the air intake makes is not good.... Seems like the air would start tumbling and slow way down, have you looked into relocating the battery and putting the air intake where the battery is at all?? Maybe run the radiator hose under the intake??? Looks good though, wish i had the money and time to find and get one on my truck.....

Relocating the battery is my ultimate plan. Good eye, My plans today are to make a bracket to move the cables over a inch or two. I just bolted the cables to a open thread on the lid. The throttle works fine for now, just not the smoothest.

How much boost is it making? 6.5psi on the 2.95 pulley and stock truck crank pulley?

Looks good. I can't wait to get mine going on my 6.2, but I need more money! lol.
