Default LS6 cam, LQ4, M122

How much of a mismatch is the LS6 cam in a LQ4 with a M122 on top?

SC has a 2.6 pulley with a 7.8 crank, so it's overdriven quite a bit

Project was based around a 5.3 but a good deal on a 6.0 came up and I had to grab it

I ran the same setup for a year or so. Used 1.85 rockers to up the lift to around .600. I liked it. Instant 9psi (2.6 pulley with stock crank pulley) with a tap of your rt foot. You're going to be fighting IAT issues spinning the thing that fast though.
