Default L86 whipple question

2016 CCSB Denali 4x4 6.2
Whipple with 3.75” pulley, ARH LTs catted Y and qtp electric cutout.
Currently I have the 3.75” pulley and the belt that came with the kit. Stepping down to a 3.5” and an Alky control dual nozzle system. Needing to know if a belt swap would be needed? Anyone running smaller than a 3.75? Asked whipple and they said they had done no testing with the 3.5 so didn’t know if the original belt would work.

You would think you could get a lot of adjustability with that setup.

On a side note, how much boost with the 3.75 pulley and LT's?

Only been remote tuned at this point and no gauge so I couldn’t say.

Any chance of you posting some pictures of your alky kit? Under the hood and inside the cab. Going to be installing mine hopefully this weekend. Thanks

Installed mechanical boost gauge a bit ago, so thought I’d share an answer to my own question. Truck makes 10psi with 3.75 pulley/1 7/8 longtubes.
