JT's custom built twin 76mm turbo CTS-V showcases some ideas for a quick spooling, short run charge pipes, and reuses the stock blower housing for an air to water setup. This car spools FAST and put down some massive numbers with 30PSI on dyno!

OK this is my favorite build to date 1000+ WHP no trunk tank no H/E IATs below 100deg back to back pulls with many hours on dyno. There CNC Milled LSA blower with a large brick is the center of a very creative build supported with our 19” Interchiller. JT had our original Super Chiller from 2012 on his LSA so he just upgraded the Chiller and 2 hoses to his existing kit.

Whats the recommended reservoir size? I have a 10 gallon igloo water cooler I want to put in the bed for a several reasons. I already have it, it's insulated, it's easily the high point in the system, and it fits well with the work truck theme. I could use maybe 5 gallons and insulate the lines.

I have 2 of the bosch cobra pumps. Is 1 enough or 2 in parallel? Or a different pump altogether? Is 3/4 hose big enough? Kind of limited on line size with the 1/2 npt fittings on the intercooler and the readily available 1/2 npt water cooler fittings available from the home brew stores. What are your thoughts on this.

Thanks!!!!

Bosh pumps are to small, 1-3 gal front mounted reservoir. Aluminum intercooler and reservoir have to be insulated. If you mount intercooler over exhaust you will need a heat shield don't forget SD.

So......what pump? What size lines? Whats the problem with the bed mount reservoir? What do you recommend for insulating aluminum intercoolers and reservoirs?

It's possible that TrekGTO is trying to be mindful of the forum rules. He has been walking that fine grey line pretty well. This thread is still open since none of our paying sponsors offer a similar product and he has been contributing useful information for those of us in the dark. You may have better luck trying to contact him directly.

Was there anymore development on this? Heavily considering this for my setup versus having a $400+ HX built and still having to run ice in the tank for any track days. I'm gonna be 90-95% cruising the street with the occasional spirited driving.
