I would love to see pictures of it installed. Mainly just so i can see how it is routed. Trying to see where i'm going to mount the a2w components but don't want it to interfere with the chiller routing.

Chiller mounts between frame rails behind bumper, liquid hose goes to condenser and suction hose goes under core support and up to accumulator outlet.

This is just a mock up with a bare core and stock truck to determine Freon hose lengths but this is the Chiller Mount and Competition line for a 04 Maggie Silverado going out. Also our updated TBSS line. We make these weld on billet saddle adapters in 6, 8 and 10

We have been moving from me making parts by hand to CNC as much as we can, I picked up another run of SS/G8 adapters and a new version of our Progressive Distribution Device also 2 more new parts by Friday. This Camaro Competition adapter is also a new design. This is all for quality but also to reduce production time. I personally make to many parts, my labor costs more than the CNC once CAD work is done.

We used this adapter from 2011 – 2016 with great results. Our new adapter is more like our other kits designed 2012 on, same results but less production time also saves a little installation time.

Man this is creative using a puller to remove stud, with our new adapter no need to remove this stud.

I have not forgotten you, I need a full time guy just to answer phone and Email.

This 76mm Turbo Interchiller installation is over kill with full -16 1” lines and EMP pump IATs in the 40s. Note SD is required for a remote W2A Intercooler. W2A Intake you can keep the MAF
