Normal in what realm? IAT's go up when boost goes up. More boost = higher IAT's. If it's hot outside, IAT's are higher at the start and at the fisnish. If it tops out at 120 degrees at 95 degree OAT's and 12psi, that's great. If it does 120 degrees at 65 degrees OAT and 5psi, that sucks.

Exactly.

At what boost level and outside temperature? There will also be a big difference between cruise and at the top of a wide open pull. I would say regardless of boost at cruise you should be in the 10-30 above range, more so 15-20 ish above IMO.

Roughly, 30 wouldn't shock me either although I consider that a bit high. Now remember it will heat soak some after its ran awhile or if you shut it off for a bit then start it back up.

No secrecy my tuner had said the temperature was at 120 when he had started tuning but I drove an hour to get to him shut the truck off for about 20 minutes when he had started but the few times I watched it it was only about 15 degree higher than outside temperature I just wanted to make sure my setup was acting correctly
