i havent had the pleasure to dig into a 6.2 yet and play with it but i would say 500 hp could be achieved around 10-12 psi with the right tuning and fuel!?
The motor never stopped running, or made any noise. It just started to push the dipstick out under boost. When we pulled the motor it looked perfect, no broken pistons, or scarred cylinder walls.

6.2's don't seem to like the combo of high boost and wieght as much as the GENIII Motors.

I think there is just more of a spotlight on them since they are the new platform and are getting more attention. Tons of GENIII motors blowing up also just don't hear about them as much.

I do agree though that the higher CR doesn't help from the get go though. When we rebuilt my motor we brought the CR down a hair with the new pistons to help us out

I left the stock fuel pump alone in order to prevent myself from going all out right away. I figure it will keep me close to my power level. I have a 750rwhp Corvette that I learned the snowball effect with.

I've heard that hooking up a boost-a-pump is tricky on a flex fuel truck. Is it possible to do it with the variable voltage pump?
