Holley EFI LS Mid-Ram vs Hi-Ram Intake Manifolds
I am planning to get Holley EFI Ram intake to replace my stock truck intake which melted because of a small fire.
Mid vs Hi Ram Holley Intake.

Does anyone know which would be better mid or hi ram for boosted truck?
Which one will have better fit for my IC piping? I want the TB body to be almost same as my stock intake postion. I want to avoid modifing my cold pipe to throttle pipe.
Will my stock DBW throttle body fit the Holley intake or do I need an adapter?
I read that the Holley Fuel rails are machined for -8 AN O-ring male fittings. So, is there a kit to make the install to stock fuel lines direct?
I was looking at this "Fuel Rails, EFI, Aluminum, Black Anodized, Fittings, Hose, Chevy, 4.8L LS, 5.3L LS, 6.0L LS, Kit". But I will end up with two sets of fuel rails.

I would think that the Hi Ram would work better for boost, but I would wait for some of the other turbo guys to chime in on that.
As far at the fuel rails/lines go, it would be fairly easy to get the fittings and hose needed to hook up to the factory hard line.
This is the type of fitting you are looking for but in the size that you need...

My main concern now is fitment. I want to use the one which will give me near stock hight of the throttle body.
By the look, the hi-ram is more likely will give near stock TB hight.
Also, looking for correct fitting for the fuel rails to connect to stock fuel lines. I guess I will need a regulator with fittings since my truck uses return style fuel system.

I just need comparsion between the hight of the mid and hi ram Holley and stock truck intake.
I am guessing the hi-ram will put the TB at same hight since it points down where the TB bolts to it.
