HELP! fuel pressure/ 9psi max boost bc factory wiring won't feed pump?

I have an 03 silverado 6.0 78 mm turbo. 60 lb injectors , walbro 340 lph in the tank. I am currently running 9 lbs of boost. when i try and turn the boost up i cant bc its goin to 130 % duty cycle i think its bc the fuel pressure drop when i try and add more boost. stock lines. would running a 10 guage hot wire kit to the tank solve this problem completly or will i have to run a return line to the tank and put an boost reference FPR on the fuel rail?
any advice would really help. thanks

The obvious question would be what happens to your fuel pressure in boost? 60# injectors at 9psi I don't think you should be anywhere near 130% DC.

60# at what psi?

mine are 3bar 60# and im at 55% at 7psi

I have the same injectors, but my DC is lower than yours at that boost, 40-45% maybe. I am injecting methanol though.

the injectors r working harder bc fuel pressure drops alot at wot in boost. 9 psi is as high as i can go and its at 73 % duty cycle there. any higher on the boost and it goes to 130% at 11 psi. hot wire kit 10 guage to the pump for more volts? will this solve the problem or will i have to get a boost reference regulator and run a return line to the tank and mount regulator on the fuel rail?

im running stock wires to and in the tank. stock fuel lines.

Are you running on E85? Whats your A/F ratio? The fuel pressure drops bc the injectors are pushing through 130% of their 'capability', which is more than the pumps capability.

Definitely run a thicker wire to the pump, that's a large pump for the stock wiring.

ferocity02 thank you for your advice. i think u r the only one that actually knows what im saying. so u think this will let the pump work to it capability and then i wont have this problem anymore. i should be able to get to 550 rwhp easily on my set up. im just trying to set the boost at 12psi and i was confused bc i know the pump and injectors are more than capable of that.

im on pump gas
