Question Electric oil pumps, which one

We have been looking around and there are plenty of choices already on the market. Which pump works with low or NO problems?

I think most of the Fbody guys end up with the Weldon 9200 pump.

A weldon might draw alot of amps, might be loud, expen$ive, and heavy, but I wouldnt trust ANY pump other than a Weldon. I've had too many others **** on me for no reason whatsoever.

For All you GM dealer employees did you know that the weldon 9200 oil pump is used by GM Performance parts as a add-on differential cooler pump?

Thats what LPE uses (or at least did initially) on their twin turbo kits. It is a really nice compact unit that took the place of the idler pulley below the power steering pump on the C5 accessory drive. No failures I am aware of. Maybe give them a call? These kinds of pumps are out there... just not easy to source.

None of the electric pumps are very cheap. One that never fails is cheaper in the long run
