Found your problem. No good reason not to run the o2 sensors and closed loop, especially if you are worried about AFR being slightly off.

Ok no problem. It's just nice to have a baseline. As long as the pressure isn't creeping up at idle you know your regulator is able to keep the pressure down.

Im at work and only get a couple min here and there to get on here, so I can't look at your tune until tonight if I get time or someone else doesn't figure it out.

You said you had other good known injectors in this. Did the problem still happen when the other injectors were in? What size were the other injectors? Do you have B9021 available in your tune?

You might want to take a little out of B9021 if the injectors are staying open a little too long and the O2 sensors don't fix it. I had 80's on a 6.0 years ago and they idled fine without touching B9021

I'll look at your tune later tonight. It should be able to idle fine at 14.7, regardless of whether in OL/CL.

no to be flippant but if it idles ok why do you care what your afr reads?

i have been running cos5 olsd and dont even have any nb o2 sensors and it runs fine. just checked my last log and it seems to idle 14.0-15.0. my combo is stock 4.8, 216/216 cam
i can send you my tune if you want, but dont use my timing table, i blew a hole in a piston two days ago

I took a quick look at your tune, it needs some work. It appears you are running off the TPS VE map (see A004 and A005) and not the MAP-based VE table. Is that what you want?
I don't recommend this for a boost set up as 100% TPS will mean different values.

Also, your VE table needs a lot of work. It has a lot of peaks and valleys, it should be smooth and progressive until peak torque, and then taper off. Your PE threshold is set to 99%. Luckily, your open loop table is set to 11.5, but you are relying on that table for PE fueling.

Got to run, but start with those adjustments.

idk mid 12s for idle afr just seem terribly rich. And i would be glad to throw your tune in and give it a try. If it works i atleast know that the mechanical side of things is good. So that would be really appreciated. My email is j_p_gasper@hotmail.com

i thought i had the tps table disabled in (a0003) i will adjust (a0004&5) to reflect. And yea the major dips and stuff are from trying to get it to idle and like coasting to a stop using auto ve. Its definitely a less than ideal ve table.
